An exterior renovation replaces the envelope of a house without changing the structure: cladding, windows, doors, roof, soffits, the front entry and the porch. Done together, it turns a 1970s house into one that reads as new from the street, and it fixes the insulation and the air leaks at the same time. Savino Construction runs it with the same drawings, quote and contract date as everything else.
