Who we are.
Savino Construction is a custom home builder and renovation contractor for the Greater Toronto Area, founded [year] and run by Kam Oveisy. [Kam: how Savino started, in his words.] The company builds the heavy part of the house: custom homes, second storeys, additions, whole-home renovations, underpinning, load-bearing removals and laneway suites, with its own crew and its own trades.

What we refuse to do.
We do not give a number before a site walk and a drawing. A number given before that is a guess, and a guess is what turns into a change order later.
We do not hand a job to whoever is free. The person who prices your job runs it, from the site walk to the deficiency list.
We do not start structural work without the permit in hand, and we do not draw a house before reading the zoning for the lot.
We do not hide the price in allowances. Every line is priced against a named material in a catalogue you keep.
How the date holds.
The handover date is written into the contract. If it is missed for a reason that is ours, we pay you [$n] per day until you get your keys. [Kam confirms the terms and exclusions.] The date holds because of what comes before it: engineered drawings before the quote, the permit before the start, and daily photo updates that catch a slip on the day it happens rather than the month after.
