Load-bearing wall removal in East York
Lots are narrow and side passages are tight, so most material comes in from the street and the crane is scheduled for a single lift. The floor above is shored on both sides, the wall comes out behind dust walls, the beam is set and landed on new footings, and the finishes are patched so the wall was never there.
